FAQ

1. Will all my items ship together?

Printing production partners vary between items. T-shirts are not printed at the same facility as phone cases or buttons, etc. If your order has dissimilar items such as, a book, a computer, and a cordless drill, they may ship separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located.

*Note: You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place the order. Shippers are selected depending on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our fulfillment center, requests for specific shippers cannot be accommodated.

2. Sizing Details?

Please refer to product photos for size guides. All sizes are in inches.

3. How soon will my item(s) ship after ordering?

Due to increasing demand and COVID-19 related closures, expect delays in overall production for orders. Expect 1-7 days minimum processing time to 14 days before shipping for most orders. Any information provided is accurate and updated regularly, yet I will be unable to provide further estimates. Thank you for your patience.

4. Are any items experiencing more delays than others?

Yes, Ohio and California. Mail delivery to residents in these states is operating with exceptionally longer delays, as a result of both Covid-19 related precautions limiting staff and delivery trucks, and political defunding of the USPS.

5. What are International delivery times looking like?  

International destinations outside of the US are currently affected by COVID-19 delivery restrictions and it is possible that the shipping process will be delayed by up to six weeks. Please note that standard delivery timeframes are not guaranteed at the moment for international orders if you decide to proceed with orders.

6. Why was my package returned to sender for a missing apartment/unit number?

The Postal Service makes every reasonable effort to deliver mail. With the current state of the postal office, resident turn over across addresses & complexes with several hundred tenants, sometimes the mail person can't tell to where the mail should be delivered to without the apartment number. Some carriers will not attempt delivery & will return the package to sender directly from the warehouse if there is a known apt # flagged in their verification system as missing, or the address excludes a specific place to deliver packages, i.e management office, etc.

That is why apartment numbers need to be included in shipping addresses. If an order is returned, I cannot give an eta on when I will receive the order back to reship. A reshipping charge may also incur to cover the cost to reship.

7. What if there is a problem with my order or it arrives damaged?

Some of my products are shipped directly from my printing partners who have the equipment to print for me that I do not have currently. In the event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged during delivery, please message me. It is very important that images of any damaged or wrong items be taken, as well as any visible damage to the shipping box so that I can alert my printers and have a replacement shipped out ASAP, and so an insurance claim with the shipping carrier can be made.

8. Will you ship to a P.O. Box, APO, DPO, or FPO?

UPS, which is the carrier I use to ship my posters, and t-shirts, will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office). addresses are not accepted.

9. Which Items Ship Same or Next Day?

I use production partners for some of my products if I do not have the equipment to do it myself, such as t-shirt or mug printing machines. Production partners are also enlisted to print & ship my products for me so I can have more time to make & ship the products that I do everything for in house by myself, especially the hand painted & molded products. These products, unless otherwise specified, are made to stock or quick made to order items & I ship them same day or next business day via USPS. These products include, but are not limited to:

• Yard Signs (USPS Priority 2 day)

• Coasters (USPS 1st Class)

• Keychains (USPS 1st Class)

• Ornaments (USPS 1st Class)

• Air Fresheners (USPS 1st Class)

• 3D hats (USPS Priority 2 day)
